SMT Group is established by a team of experienced and skilled personnel who has been in the business of repairing and servicing of Marine as well as Rolling Stock equipment for more than a decade. To keep your system functioning safely and reliably, SMT Group offers modernization and optimum solutions that improves performance, extend the life and minimize the obsolescence risk of your existing assets. The lifecycle of common electronics keeps getting shorter. Today, many electronic components have an expected shell life of less than five years. Aging components increase the risk of unplanned shutdowns and obsolescence problems can make these shutdowns expensive.

SMT Group understands the need of our respected Clients and additionally offers in house workshop fabrication, electrical motor rewinding and afloat repairs and maintenance either in Singapore anchorage, OPL or with our Voyage team that can carry out works globally and overseas repair stations from Asia to Europe. From simple fabrication of deck items, to any steel repair or modification of pipelines and retrofitting project such as BWTS, modification and installation of flowmeter during voyage, our Team is skilled and experienced and we will be able to handle the works and projects in a professional way and in timely manner.
